This is what Tiger Woods' life has been reduced to: His struggles on the golf course are being matched by reports of his love life off the course.

Woods' agent, Mark Steinberg felt it necessary to respond to FOX411's questions regarding a National Enquirer report that Woods is dating fellow PGA Tour pro Jason Dufner's ex-wife and that they started their relationship while Woods still was together with professional skier.

"Absolutely 100 percent false," agent Mark Steinberg said in an e-mail to FOX411 when we requested comment on the report. "Complete lie and fabrication."

Unfortunately for Woods, The Daily Mail picked up on the National Enquirer story, and Larry Brown Sports also got the story from Radar Online, via the Enquirer.

Phil Mickelson surpasses Tiger Woods as world's highest-paid golfer

Larry Brown Sports gave an indication of why it decided to report on the rumor.

"While tabloids like the Enquirer have seemingly printed plenty of garbage over the years, it should be noted that the Enquirer is the same publication that blew the lid off the original Woods sex scandal when he was cheating on ex-wife Elin Nordegren, the website reported. "They have gotten stories right in the past when it pertains to Tiger."

Dufner and Boyd filed for divorce in March, after nearly three years of marriage - they tied the knot in May of 2012, according to the Golf Channel. The couple separated on Feb. 17, 2015.

"According to the divorce settlement, which was filed on March 16 by Amanda Dufner, there had been an 'irretrievable breakdown of the marriage' and there was 'a complete incompatibility of temperament that the parties can no longer live together,'" the Golf Channel reported. Boyd received $2.5 million in the settlement.
