Tonight at 7:05 p.m. ET, the Texas Rangers (38-38) and Baltimore Orioles (41-34) open up a four-game series live from Camden Yards in Baltimore.

Texas continues a seven-game road trip and has dropped seven of its last eight contests while Baltimore resumes an eight-match homestand in search of its fifth straight win.

The Rangers dropped two of three to the Toronto Blue Jays over the weekend while the Orioles swept away the Cleveland Indians, including two shutouts in a double header on Sunday.

Wandy Rodriguez (4-3, 4.06 ERA) takes the hill for Texas while Baltimore counters with Bud Norris and he is 2-6 thus far this season with a 6.70 ERA.

Rodriguez enters on the heels of a rough outing where he allowed eight runs in four innings against the Oakland Athletics. Norris' defense let him down his last time out as he allowed five unearned runs in 5.1 innings.

The Orioles were 6-1 against the Rangers last season and 4-0 at Camden Yards.

Baltimore faces a Texas lineup that is paced by first baseman Prince Fielder, who leads the American League with a .351 batting average and 101 hits.

Fielder is second in the AL in on-base percentage (.418) and third in total bases (155, tied) and OPS (.957). Fielder also has a team-leading 12 homers and 48 RBI.

The Orioles counter with a lineup that is paced by third baseman Manny Machado, who is fifth in the AL in hits. First baseman Chris Davis has a club-best 16 homers and 45 RBI, but he is also third in the AL with 95 strikeouts.

In the standings, Baltimore enters tonight in a virtual tie with the Tampa Bay Rays (42-35) atop the AL East while Texas is third in the AL West, five games behind the division-leading Houston Astros.
