After his highly-anticipated WWE in-ring debut at WrestleMania 31, the future of Sting's career in the squared circle remains up in the air.

Sting became a wrestling icon in WCW and ushered in a Hall of Fame career in TNA before "The Vigilante" finally signed with Vince McMahon's company last fall after years of close calls.

Sting made his debut at the Survivor Series on Nov. 23 at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis by costing Team Authority its match against John Cena.

3 Reasons Triple H vs. Seth Rollins at SummerSlam is Best For Business

The wrestling legend then finally made his in-ring debut at WrestleMania 31 on March 29 at Levi's Stadium in the Bay Area, losing to Triple H.

The match saw interference from the nWo (Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall and Kevin Nash) and D-Generation X (X-Pac, the New Age Outlaws and eventually Shawn Michaels).

Following that loss, Sting said he doesn't know what his in-ring future holds in the WWE, but here are three potential feuds for Steve Borden should his WWE in-ring career continue.

Seth Rollins

Though Sting may have lost to Triple H, he still has some unfinished business with The Architect that could carry over into a singles match between the two.

When Sting made his debut at Survivor Series, Rollins was the last man standing for Team Authority while Dolph Ziggler remained for Team (John) Cena. The Vigilante's distraction led to The Showoff pinning The Architect to win the match and temporarily caused The Authority to lose power.

While The Game already got his revenge, the reigning WWE World Heavyweight Champion should still want to gain some vengeance over The Icon.

The Architect may lose the gold soon, which would set him up perfectly for a bout with Sting since he has morphed into the top heel in the company and Sting is one of the greatest legends in the history of sports entertainment.

Bray Wyatt

The Eater of Worlds is shrouded in mystery and his cryptic promos are reminiscent of the way Sting carries himself, so this would be a magical feud.

With Wyatt being dubbed as the New Face of Fear despite his loss to The Undertaker, he could continue his journey to try and defeat wrestling legends by targeting Sting.

The mind games between the two Superstars would provide an epic backdrop for a feud and while Wyatt could use a win, Sting also needs a victory after dropping his WWE debut.

Both men's desperation to right the course of their respective WWE careers and with the duo having similar personalities, a lot of intrigue would surround a feud between them.

The Undertaker

This is an obvious choice, but it's something that needs to happen.

There have always been rumors that when Sting would finally make his debut, he'd take on The Undertaker, but the company opted to have the Demon from Death Valley face Wyatt at WrestleMania 31 while Sting clashed with Triple H.

With Sting's in-ring career up in the air and The Undertaker's status for WrestleMania always in flux, it's now or never for the aging stars to do battle.

With both men residing in Texas and WrestleMania 32 taking place at the home of the Dallas Cowboys in AT&T Stadium, it seems to set a perfect stage for a possible farewell match for both individuals.

Sting has said in the past he wants to clash with 'Taker and that it doesn't matter that The Streak is no longer intact.

Before the legendary careers of both men come to an end, they must stare across the ring from each other at the WWE's greatest spectacle.
