Tonight at 7:10 p.m. ET, the San Francisco Giants (33-26) and New York Mets (31-28) clash at Citi Field in the second meeting of a three-game series live from New York.

San Francisco has won three of its last four contests as it continues a six-game road trip after making history Tuesday while New York resumes an eight-match homestand and has dropped three of its last four games.

The Giants made history on Tuesday when Chris Heston threw a no-hitter against the Mets in a 5-0 win.

Tim Hudson (3-5, 4.41 ERA) takes the hill for San Francisco while the Mets counter with Matt Harvey and he is 6-3 with a 3.05 ERA thus far this season.

Hudson is 17-10 with a 3.52 ERA in 32 career starts against New York while Harvey has just two career outings against San Francisco and owns a 2.09 ERA all-time at Citi Field.

Hudson gave up two runs on seven hits in his last outing against the San Diego Padres.

Harvey, who is fourth in the National League with a 0.98 WHIP, is coming off of an outing where he yielded two runs on six hits in seven innings with nine strikeouts and one walk against the Arizona Diamondbacks.

The Mets are 21-9 at home this season, one of the best marks in the majors, while the Giants have won 11 of their past 14 road games.

On the injury front, New York catcher Travis d'Arnaud will be activated for the first time since breaking his pinkie in April, but may not start while San Francisco is expected to decide what to do with Hunter Pence, who may return to the disabled list for a wrist injury.

While the Mets bats were quiet on Tuesday, San Francisco had five runs on 13 hits and Matt Duffy and Yonkers-born and former St. John's product Joe Panik each hit their fifth homers of the season.

Nori Aoki has been a table setter for the Giants this season and he's hitting .323 and is second in the NL with 71 hits.

The Mets counter with a lineup that is anchored by first baseman Lucas Duda, who is hitting .272 with 25 RBI and is tied for the club lead with nine homers.

Both teams are locked in tight races as San Francisco enters in second place in the NL West, one game behind the first-place Los Angeles Dodgers while New York owns a half-game lead above the Washington Nationals atop the NL East.

One day after MLB history was made, the Giants and Mets continue their three-game set live from Citi Field in New York.
