Conor "The Nororious" McGregor, the UFC's newest, most brash star, will challenge Jose Aldo for the UFC featherweight title on July 11. While he has built up an impressive UFC resume since bursting onto the scene, one veteran featherweight thinks he's more bark than bite.

"He's a tough fighter but there is some give in him," Urijah Faber said of McGregor. "Don't get it twisted, there are guys who have never given up. I think he's had to submit a couple of times. When push comes to shove and life is on the line, the guy would be happy to give up."

McGregor has won his last 13 fights, dating back to February 2011, and the last five have been under the UFC banner. His highest-profile UFC victory was over Denis Siver in January though, and fighting Aldo is a much taller task.

The losses Faber is referring to happened in November 2010 and June 2008; Artemij Sitenkov defeated McGregor with a kneebar in 2008 while Joseph Duffy got him to tap out to a triangle choke.

Aldo is arguably one of the finest fighters in UFC history. He has one loss on his record, a 2005 loss to Luciano Azevedo outside of the UFC. Aldo is not as flashy as McGregor, but he's technically very sound and has kept a cool demeanor in the face of McGregor's antics.

"I think that Aldo is going to win that fight," Faber said. Faber knows a thing or two about submissions, having submitted 59 percent of the opponents he's defeated.
