Two teams in the opposite conferences of MLS will do battle today in a match between the the Houston Dynamo and New York Red Bulls. Houston Dynamo manager Owen Coyle (via MLS): "I've purposely given [Luis Garrido] the toughest assignment because of the belief we've got in him. There's no doubt that he takes that on board and he's a player we can trust to do that. I think he's really relished the opportunity to stand toe-to-toe with some great players."
Red Bulls manager Jesse Marsch: "We needed a little bit of an effort. That's where we are right now. We have some good things happening on the field, but we need the individual efforts to now continue to figure out ways to get goals. We'll keep pushing."
