The first domino has fallen at Real Madrid. An emotional Rafa Benitez was unveiled as the club's new manager on Wednesday. Now, the attention turns to the pitch.
The attention turns to Sergio Aguero and his 26 goals this campaign.
The Manchester City striker has garnished interest from Los Galacticos, and fits the transfer protocol for president Florentino Perez. The 27-year-old, however, under contract until 2019, has no desire to depart Manchester.

"The reality seems to be that ever since I came here, during every close season, there have always been rumors suggesting that I might be returning to Spain," he said (via the Guardian). "There has always been this speculation, but I certainly never pay much attention to it."
"People hear this stuff flying around and they take it seriously, but I can tell the fans and everyone at City to relax. I'm going to be here until I see out my contract."
Compare that to Aguero's comments in 2012, when the Argentine suggested he would join Real if the club showed genuine interest.
"If Real Madrid had been interested in me, then I would be there," said Aguero (via the Daily Mail). "I want to take this opportunity to refute the information where I supposedly said that I would never play for Real Madrid because I played at Atletico. It was published in an English newspaper."
Should Wednesday's report be true, his conflicting comments will be put to the test.
