Track and field is an exciting sport, but most people pay little attention to it except during the Olympics. It is rarely televised on the major television networks, so even the best athletes do not get a ton of media coverage. Allison Stokke could change all of that.

Stokke stood out in high school before attending the University of California, where she graduated before earning a Master's. Now, she is believed to be training for the 2016 Olympics, although she has not publicly stated that as a goal.
