Tonight at 8:30 p.m. ET fans of the 14 teams who failed to make the playoffs will hope that their team gets lucky when the ping pong balls swirl. The NBA Draft Lottery will be held at 8:30 p.m. ET and can be live streamed free by clicking this link.

Despite the New York Knicks and Los Angeles Lakers leading all the lottery teams combined in headlines garnered, neither is the frontrunner to land the No. 1 overall pick. That (dis)honor goes to the Minnesota Timberwolves, who might wind up with back-to-back-to-back No. 1 draft picks on the same roster.

Don't forget, the Timberwolves swung a deal with the Cleveland Cavaliers that netted them 2014 No. 1 pick Andrew Wiggins, and 2013 top choice Anthony Bennett. The Knicks check in with the second best odds (19.9 percent) and the tankalicious Philadelphia 76ers come in third at 15.6 percent. Here are the full odds for all 14 teams.

Timberwolves (16-66): 25%

Knicks (17-65): 19.9%

Sixers (18-64): 15.6%

Lakers (21-61): 11.9%

Magic (25-57): 8.8%

Kings (29-53): 6.3%

Nuggets (30-52): 4.3%

Pistons (32-50): 2.8%

Hornets (33-49): 1.7%

Heat (37-45): 1.1%

Pacers (38-44): 0.8%

Jazz (38-44): 0.7%

Suns (39-43): 0.6%

Thunder (45-37): 0.5%

Keep An Eye On:

Los Angeles Lakers Pick: The Lakers might have won too much for their own good. If they don't land a top five pick, they'll have to ship their selection to the Philadelphia 76ers, a team already rich in high lottery picks currently on their roster, as well as in future selections.

Miami Heat Pick: If Miami can't land a Top 10 pick, they'll forfeit it to-who else?-the 76ers.

The Philadelphia 76ers: Philly might have three first-round picks in this draft! They also may wind up with just one, but it's very, very likely that it'll be a Top 3 choice. There's clearly a method to their madness.
