Today at 1:10 p.m. ET, the Pittsburgh Pirates (17-17) and Philadelphia Phillies (12-23) take the field at Citizen Bank Park in Philadelphia for the final meeting of their four-game series.

Pittsburgh continues a seven-game road trip and will try to get back on track after having its four-match winning streak snapped last time out while Philadelphia continues a ten-contest homestand and looks for its second consecutive win after ending a four-match skid last time out.

This is the fourth game of this set as the Pirates took the first two games 4-2 on Monday and 7-2 Tuesday and the Phillies bounced back with a 3-2 victory on Wednesday.

Vance Worley (2-2, 4.63 ERA) toes the rubber for Pittsburgh while Philadelphia counters with Aaron Harang and he is 3-3 with a 2.38 ERA this season.

Worley played with the Phillies for three seasons and returns to Citizen's Bank Park while Harang has had a nice start to his career in Philadelphia.

The Phillies scored three runs in the bottom of the fifth inning Wednesday and hung on to defeat the Pirates.

Carlos Ruiz had a run scored and an RBI while Freddy Galvis and Ben Revere each drove in a run.

Galvis has led Philadelphia with a .336 batting average this season while Ryan Howard has a club-leading six homers and is tied with Chase Utley for the team lead with 15 RBI.

Andrew McCutchen drove in both runs for Pittsburgh in the top of the frame.

Neil Walker has paced the Pirates with a .286 batting average while Starling Marte has a team-best eight homers and 24 RBI.

The Battle of Pennsylvania reaches its conclusion when the Pirates and Phillies close out their four-game set live this afternoon from Citizen's Bank Park in Philadelphia.
