Tiger Woods is trying to persuade those that will listen he is happy the way his game is progressing. But if he could talk ex-wife Elin Nordegren to take him back, now that's persuasion.

The gambling website paddypower.com has posted odds on who will become Woods' next girlfriend. Woods and his previous significant other of three years, Lindsey Vonn, announced separately last week that they were breaking up.

Topping the list is Nordegren, who had taken to smashing windows in Woods' car after finding out that he was cheating on her in 2009. The couple, who have two children together, now appear to be on amiable terms, and Nordegren was often reported spending time with Woods, Vonn and the kids.

While faith in Tiger Woods' game has faltered, paddypower.com seems to have a lot of belief in Woods' ability to strike relationship gold, with the names on the list who are featured with odds.

Nordegren comes in at 7-to-1 odds.

Singer/actress Nicole Sherzinger is second on the list at 12-1. Actresses Irina Shayk and Cameron Diaz are next at 16-1, and Miranda Kerr, Jenna Jameson and Kelly Brook are at 20-1.

Some of the other notable names include Lindsay Lohan (25-1), Danica Patrick (33-1), Rihanna (33-1), Caroline Wozniacki, Michelle Wie, Serena Williams, Katy Perry and Jennifer Anniston (all 40-1), Sandra Bullock, Paris Hilton and Britney Spears at 50-1 and Pippa Middleton (100-1).

It is interesting to note that Vonn is not listed as a possible relationship reunion. Both have commented publicly about how tough the breakup has been on them.

Woods could be too busy for romance right now after finishing 69th at the Players Championship - his worst finish at the event in the 16 times he's competed at the event. The New York Post reported that Woods could point toward progress despite his struggles.

"... It marked the first time in 596 days - dating back to September of 2013 - that he fully completed back-to-back tournaments without injury withdrawal or missed cut."

He also said he thought parts of his game were coming together.

"I'm very pleased. I didn't have one bad warm-up session this week, which is great," Woods said, according to the Post. "So that's a sign that we're heading the right direction. We're progressing. It's a matter of putting the pieces together first. I mean, look where [my game] was at on the West Coast and to where I'm at now."
