Tonight at 8:00 p.m. ET on ESPN the Cleveland Cavaliers and Chicago Bears will do battle in Game 3 of the second round of the Eastern Conference Playoffs which can be live streamed free by clicking this link. Cavaliers fans can listen to the radio broadcast on WTAM 1100, while Bulls fans may do likewise on ESPN 1000.
The Cavaliers had fans worried after sputtering in Game 1 without long-range bombers Kevin Love and J.R. Smith available, but Game 2 likely quelled their fears. Now the Cavs will head to the United Center where the Bulls should get a big boost from the home crowd. They'll have Smith back on the perimeter though providing another element for Chicago to account for.
Smith is a streaky shooter, however. LeBron James took apart Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau's famed defense in Game 2 and he will be the most important player on the floor in Game 3 once again. The task of slowing him down will be thrust on Bulls guard Jimmy Butler.
"I have to man up and take the challenge," Butler told the team's official website. "LeBron was aggressive, but I wasn't aggressive enough. I was counting too much on help being there, which is on me. I will be better."
The Cavaliers are still not out of the woods with Smith back opening up the floor, because they may have lost Iman Shumpert, who felt a pop in his groin in Game 2 and whose status is unclear. He's been key for the Cavs in this series, providing toughness against a rugged Bulls squad by averaging 18.5 points and four rebounds.
