Deontay "The Bronze Bomber" Wilder has announced he will return to action on June 13, and he'll be fighting in his home state of Alabama. No opponent has been determined yet for the WBC heavyweight champion, but a leading candidate may be 33-year-old Eric Molina, who is currently on a five-fight winning streak.

Wilder was last seen in January when he defeated Bermane Stiverne for the WBC heavyweight title. Wilder improved to 33-0-0 in the unanimous decision victory, his first win that didn't come by way of knockout. The fight was a clear win for Wilder, and became more impressive when news broke that he had broken his hand in the fourth round.

"I just got cleared with my hands...I will be back in the ring June the 13th back in the state of Alabama, in Birmingham, Alabama, at the Baldwin Auditorium...no opponent has been announced yet," Wilder told FightHype.com.

Molina is 23-2-0 with 17 knockouts. His last loss came in February of 2012 against Chris Arreola, and since then he's won five straight, with his last three all victories by TKO. Molina would be a tune-up fight for Wilder; he's ranked No. 45 in the heavyweight division by Boxrec.com. That makes sense, since Wilder has promised to be an "active" champion and wants to fight three times in 2015.

"I told people once I became a champion, I was going to be an active champion and I'm keeping my oath to that," Wilder said. "Forget about that fight once or twice a year. We're going to fight three or four times a year. If you ready, I'm ready. I'm lookin' to get three fights out of this year. I'm fittin' to rearrange the game of boxing in the heavyweight division."
