The NFL Draft has now officially closed the books on its first round, and while there were some surprising picks, there was a lot less action than many fans around the league hoped for. There were very few trades, and none of them happened within the early part of the round.

One thing that was completely unsurprising on a night full of expected picks was when Florida State quarterback and 2013 Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston went first overall to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Rumors have swirled for months that the Buccaneers were enamored with Winston, and many expected that he would be their pick last night even as far back as February. Winston was not in attendance at the draft, but it did not stop him from having a lot of fun with his selection.

Winston decided to celebrate his selection by referencing one of his most famous (and ridiculous) off-the-field incidents from his college days.

That is just some world-class level trolling right there.

Winston's story about stealing crab legs was rehashed in great detail in recent weeks when he again tried to explain what happened. It started a new wave of discussion, and he probably should have just kept his mouth shut.

But still, good for him for being able to poke fun at himself on one of the biggest nights of life.
