The Washington Redskins have plenty of work to do if they want to get back to contending for a playoff spot. The team endured a poor 2014 season, and there are plenty of question marks surrounding several key positions on the roster, including quarterback (as you may have heard about).

Dallas Scrapping Adrian Peterson Trade?

The team would seem to be set at wide receiver with DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garcon combining to form one of the more capable and dangerous receiving combos in the league, but they may even have concerns there if they are afraid that the wideouts will not be as focused as they should be.

According to Variety, that could certainly end up being the case with Jackson, who may end up getting a reality show that focuses on his life and the people that help him succeed on and off the field.

Marcus Mariota To Become Draft Bust?

The show will be called Home Team, and here is how Variety describes it:

"Washington Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson is at the top of his game as one of the most talked about and watched players in the NFL today. That means eyes are always on him- waiting for him to score touchdowns and waiting for him to drop the ball off the field. Even though he has the money and the fame, DeSean's life is actually run by a core group of women including his "momager" Gayle, his sister and assistant A'Dreea, his publicist Denise and his new girlfriend, Kayla. Produced by Rogue Atlas Productions in association with Lionsgate Television. Eli Frankel, Ryan Holcomb, Elise Duran, Desean Jackson and Byron Jackson serve as executive producers. Jay Fragus and Lawrence Bell serve as co-executive producers."

The show will air on BET, although there is not a set date yet for when it will premiere.

Given Jackson's history and some of the allegations that were thrown around when he was released by the Philadelphia Eagles, it will be interesting to see if the show only focuses on Jackson's professional life, or if it also includes a fair amount of his friends.
