Most people go to the beach in order to relax. They want to get away from the stressors that daily life can bring, enjoy some warm weather, catch a tan, and play in the surf. There are so many possibilities at the beach that it is almost impossible to have a bad time.

Of course, if you are really lucky, then while you are out enjoying your vacation, you will also get to share the beach with a team of NFL players that are out for some workouts. That is exactly what happened to a lot of lucky fans in Hawaii this week, according to TMZ.
Russell Wilson, Richard Sherman, and several other members of the Seattle Seahawks took to the sun and the sand to get some work done as part of their offseason conditioning this week. Beachgoers were able to witness the players really getting after it as they ran wind sprints and performed other assorted drills.

All of the players showed up without shirts on (because why wouldn't they?), although a few - including star cornerback Richard Sherman - were sporting those weird shoes that conform to your feet and have the toes built in or whatever.
After finishing up their workouts, the players had a quick team huddle and went on their way, as if working out on a crowded beach were nothing out of the ordinary for them.
