Few people are questioning Jameis Winston's ability heading into the draft, and many expect him to go first overall to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. But he does have some red flags regarding his past scrapes with the law. Still, one draft expert got a little carried away with his comparisons.
Athletes Bombard Twitter After Aaron Hernandez Murder Conviction
Drew Boylhart tweeted about Tampa drafting Jameis and wanting to be sure of his character, which is reasonable. However, he made the mistake of comparing Winston to convicted murderer Aaron Hernandez, which understandably got people riled up. Winston is far from perfect, and he may not even be a very good guy, but he has - to this point - done nothing to deserve that kind of comparison.
Can Lovie convence Glazer's that #ForidaSt QB Winston, not another potential Hernadez? It should be interesting. #NFL #NFLDraft #Buccaneers
