Bruce Jenner has been a reality star for a decade, and he was an Olympic hero well before that. In 2015, he has taken on a whole new significance for many in the wake of his announcement that he will be undergoing a gender transition this year and becoming a woman.

Jenner has apparently put a lot of thought into the decision, and it has received many different reactions from many different sources. He has yet to open up in-depth about the process or his mindset, but he has a two-hour sitdown scheduled with Diane Sawyer on 20/20 where he will do just that.

In the meantime, he is continuing to live his life, and according to Us Weekly, there is some strife on the home front. Jenner is apparently distancing himself from the Kardashians due to their lack of support for him as he undergoes this process.

"Besides Khloe, the Kardashians were not on board with his [male-to-female] transition," one source says. "His boys, Brody and Brandon stuck by him, but Bruce feels like Kris and her girls only support him publicly to make themselves look good."

Bruce is also apparently trying to make sure that the drama around his decision affects his other daughters, Kylie and Kendall, as little as possible.

"He's constantly buying his girls gifts all of a sudden and everyone's worried that he's acting out or trying to buy affection," a second source adds.
