LeBron James has kept a low profile since winning his second straight NBA title last month in a thrilling seven-game series against San Antonio.
That all changed this week, as the league’s reigning MVP took to his Instagram page to post photos of himself freestyling to Jay-Z and Kanye West’s smash hit N***** In Paris. The ten second clip also features LBJ riding around in one of his many luxury vehicles.
The good times keep on rolling for the Miami Heat and James, who just three years ago was being vilified as everything from a quitter to a loser. In his home state of Ohio, he was cast in an even lesser light after deciding to leave the Cleveland Cavaliers for the Heat.
But nowadays, all seems forgiven, and James seems as loose and jovial as he’s ever been. His Instrgram posts attest to that. Later this summer, James, 27, is also expected to wed longtime girlfriend Savannah Brinson, the mother of his two young children.
The Heat appear intent on remaining at the top of their game. The team recently resigned Chris “Birdman” Anderson and is in talks to land free agent center Greg Oden. The team also recently signed undrafted guard Myck Kabango, whom some had projected as a potential first round pick.
