Former AC Milan defender Giovanni Trapattoni (via Football Italia): "When there are decisive games for goals, like getting close to the Europa League, as with Milan and Sampdoria, you tend to be more attentive and take less risks. Milan and Sampdoria are in a position that will make them think about that, waiting. The Rossoneri, if they lost, would fall out of contention for the Europa League, and so I think they'll have a cautious attitude, with meticulous attention."
Sampdoria manager Sinisa Mihajlovic (via Football Italia): "My future doesn't matter now. The important thing is the next nine games. I'm not sure I'll stay where I am, I'll say that to the Sampdoria fans, but that doesn't mean I won't stay in the end."
