Consequences continue to reverberate throughout the NBA after the nightclub stabbing incident that has ended the seasons of Atlanta Hawks guard Thabo Sefalosa and, presumably, Indiana Pacers forward Chris Copeland.

It was Copeland and his girlfriend who were actually slashed by a lone assailant early in the morning outside of 1 Oak in Manhattan's Meatpacking District. He was rushed to Bellvue Hospital's ICU, where he remains in stable condition.

Sefalosa and his Hawks teammate Pero Antic, on the other hand, were arrested for allegedly obstructing the ensuing police investigation. The police report stated that the two players were told to exit the scene six times before arresting them.

TMZ Sports has obtained and subsequently leaked footage of Sefalosa's arrest. The 30-year-old Swiss player is brought to the ground by multiple NYPD officers, and he ended up fracturing his tibia in the episode. That injury has ended Sefalosa's season, stunningly. Sefalosa has been a key contributor off the bench for the Hawks, who sit in first place atop the Eastern Conference's standings this year.
