You can probable pick up a shotgun in aisle four of your local Walmart, but the retail giant announced this week that they were going to abstain from selling copies of Ronda Rousey's new autobiography on their shelves.
Walmart Announces Boycott of Rowdy Ronda's New Book
Walmart said the book would still be available for purchase through the company website, but they didn't want to put hard copies on display in their stores.
Why? Mostly because they deemed the undefeated UFC champion's profession too violent.
If that seems like an arbitrary and uncalled for decision to you, you weren't alone. Plenty of people — UFC and non-UFC fans alike — blasted Walmart for it on Monday.
And Rousey has given her own two cents on the controversy, in her typical defiant fashion.
