The Phoenix Suns were a feel-good story in the NBA last year, but this year they could not build on that success, and they will miss the playoffs. The team still has reasons to be hopeful for the future, however, as they play hard and have young talent that they should be able to build around.

Rajon Rondo, Jeremy Lin Switching Spots This Summer?

Two of their talented building blocks are twin brothers Marcus and Markieff Morris, who played ball together in college at the University of Kansas and have now been reunited in Phoenix. The two are also in some legal trouble stemming from a recent incident, according to Bleacher Report.

Apparently, the twins did not like some text messages that a man had sent to their mother. The man in question is Erik Hood, and he was allegedly sexting the Morris twins' mom.

Here is the police's claim on the issue:

"[Marcus and Markieff Morris] and three others committed felony aggravated assault against a man the 25-year-old twins learned had sent "inappropriate" text messages to their mother.

Police have made no arrests and no charges have been filed. A spokesman for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office confirmed Tuesday afternoon that prosecutors are continuing to review the case submitted by police."

The twins deny the accusation, and their mother also denies having any contact with Hood on the day in question. No arrests have been made thus far in the case.
