He is widely regarded as the second-best quarterback prospect available, and there are a few plausible landing spots for him at the top of the draft. Washington has said they will take him fifth if he is available, but the spot to watch out for may be second.

The Tennessee Titans have the number two pick in the draft, and they do have a need at quarterback. However, just because Mariota works out for the Titans and meets with them may not mean that they want to draft him. After all, he did the same thing with Tampa, and they are probably taking Winston.

But the Titans could also elect to trade the pick instead of just drafting another player. With Washington's announcement that Mariota will not slip past five, other quarterback-needy teams could tempt the Titans with a trade offer, which Tennessee would be wise to listen to, given the expected haul for trading the second pick.
