Tonight at 8:30 p.m. ET, the Minnesota Wild (44-27-8, 96 points) and Chicago Blackhawks (48-25-6, 102 points) face-off for fifth and final time this season live from the United Center in Chicago.

Minnesota has lost three straight games and begins a three-match season-ending road trip while Chicago has won four of its last five games and plays its last home contest of the regular season.

The Blackhawks enter play in the third and final automatic playoff position in the Central Division, just two points behind the Nashville Predators (104) and trailing the St. Louis Blues (105) for first.

The Wild come into Monday as the top wild-card team, but the Winnipeg Jets (94 points) and Los Angeles Kings (93) are in striking distance.

Chicago has won three of the four meetings thus far in the season series while Minnesota knocked them off last time out with a 3-0 triumph on Feb. 3.

The Wild fell to the Jets 2-0 on Sunday and will look to avoid a fourth straight loss.

Zach Parise paces Minnesota with 60 points this season off of 32 goals and 28 assists while Jason Pominville has 17 tallies and 35 helpers to rank second on the Wild with 52 points.

The Blackhawks are coming in off of a 2-1 loss to the Blues on Sunday that snapped a four-game winning streak.

Captain Jonathan Toews leads Chicago with 66 points off of 28 goals and 38 assists while Marian Hossa has found the twine 22 times and added 38 helpers for 60 points this season for the Blackhawks.

Chicago is slated to turn to Corey Crawford in between the pipes and he is 32-18-5 with a 2.28 goals-against average and a .924 save percentage.

Minnesota is expected to counter with Devan Dubnyk and he is 35-13-4 with a 2.06 GAA and a .930 save percentage.
