Eva Longoria, the Hollywood actress ex-wife of San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker, admits to People Magazine she has moved on from the 31-year-old All-Star veteran.
Longoria is now dating Miami entrepreneur Ernesto Arguello, whom she met last year on the set of the dating reality show she produced, Looking For Love.
Back then, Arguello, 34, chose Miss USA Shandi Finnessey as his date. They split and Ernesto and Longoria’s relationship has since blossomed.
"I think that's why our relationship is so special – we truly started as friends," Longoria, 38, told People. She later took to Twitter where she posted “Happy to share NOW that it’s true! Couldn't be happier."
It’s been three-years now since Longoria filed for divorce from Parker amid reports of infidelity on his part. Parker and Longoria were wed in 2007 and divorced three years later, after she allegedly found hundreds of text messages on his phone from Erin Barry, the ex-wife of former Spurs teammate Brent Barry.
Nevertheless, Longoria, a Corpus Christi native, tweeted the team good luck during their NBA Finals tussle with Miami. After Parker hit the game-winning shot in Game 1, ESPN analyst Dick Vitale tweeted her: “Your ex is awesome baby! Mr. Clutch.”
Parker also recently told Us Weekly he and 31-year-old French journalist Axelle Francine are engaged.
