Tonight at 7 p.m. ET, the Los Angeles Kings (34-23-14, 82 points) and New Jersey Devils (31-30-11, 73 points) face-off for the second and final meeting against each other this season live from the Prudential Center in New Jersey.

Los Angeles has dropped two straight games and opens up a five-match road trip while New Jersey had a three-game winning streak snapped last time out.

The Kings are four points out of the wild-card race in the Western Conference as the final spot is currently held by the Winnipeg Jets (86 points) while the Devils are out of the Eastern Conference playoff picture.

The first time these two teams met, New Jersey topped Los Angeles 5-3 on Jan. 14.

The Kings enter play on the heels of a 4-1 loss to the Vancouver Canucks on Saturday.

Anze Kopitar has paced Los Angeles with 64 points and 40 assists this season while Jeff Carter is first on the Kings with 25 goals and has added 28 helpers for 53 points.

The Devils come into the game after a 3-0 shutout loss to the New York Islanders on Saturday.

Adam Henrique has led New Jersey this season with 40 points off of 16 goals and 24 assists while Mike Cammalleri (flu) may return to the lineup tonight and has found the back of the net a Devils-best 25 times on the campaign.

New Jersey is set to turn to Cory Schneider between the pipes and he is 26-26-7 with a 2.16 goals-against average and a .929 save percentage.

Los Angeles is prepared to counter with Jonathan Quick in the crease and he is 30-19-12 with a 2.29 GAA and a .916 save percentage.
