Well, those 12 seeds must have been pretty darned good," Arkansas coach Mike Anderson said of 12 seeds being 6-2 over the last two NCAA Tournaments.

"That's how I see it. But on any given night, a one-shot game, it could be that shining moment where teams play with confidence. Wofford is a very good basketball team, and if your team comes in with the mindset (or) thinking you're just going to show up and win, you've got another thing coming. I think the preparation is very, very important."

Wofford fell to Michigan last year, and even though Arkansas doesn't have the same basketball reputation, they were a hidden gem in the SEC this year, overshadowed by Kentucky's dominance. The Razorbacks scored a healthy 78 points per game this season, but were still held back at times by a porous defense that allowed 70 a night.

Wofford hasn't had the type of offense this year that strikes fear into its opponents' hearts, but their defense is sound. Arkansas's high-risk, high-reward pressing creates the potential for quick baskets and a blowout, but Wofford coach Mike Young is confident his players will protect the basketball.

"This team has been exceptional in taking care of the ball and taking great shots," Young said. "We've been in a lot of different situations through the year, and we think we'll be just fine."
