Aaron Hernandez, the ex-New England Patriots star tight end who stands accused of orchestrating the murder of Odin Lloyd, and pulling the trigger in his shooting death, will be back in court again today at 9:00 a.m. Follow Day 29 of the court proceedings free here.

The prosecution brought a witness named Kwami Nicholas to the stand yesterday, who testified that he was at the same club as Hernandez and Lloyd two nights before Lloyd was shot and killed. Nicholas said he spotted Hernandez after a DJ announced he was at the nightclub, and that he saw an angry Hernandez glaring at Lloyd.

Nicholas also said he saw the former Patriot "storming out of the club,’ and "walking real fast with his head down.'' Nicholas was unable to tell the court why Hernandez was upset with Lloyd though, hurting the prosecution’s case for establishing a motive for the killing.

The defense also cut Nicholas down in cross-examination, bringing up differences in his testimony on Tuesday compared to what he told authorities in August 2013. Compounding matters, Nicholas wasn’t able to remember what he told police the first time around.

"Do you have a poor memory, sir?'' defense attorney Michael Fee asked. Nicholas also didn’t personally know Hernandez when he saw him at the club, so Fee harshly questioned whether he’d be able to determine Hernandez’s mood. Per ESPN, their exchange went as follows.

"You're not familiar with Aaron's expressions and what he does with his face?'' Fee asked.

"I'm familiar with human expressions,'' Nicholas replied.

"You have no familiarity with Aaron's face or his expressions, do you?'' Fee asked again.

"No, I don't.”
