Today at 1:05 p.m. ET, the Atlanta Braves and Boston Red Sox continue their spring training slates with St. Patrick's Day matinee action live from JetBlue Park in Fort Myers, Fla.

Atlanta sends Shelby Miller (0-1, 13.50 ERA in spring training) to the mound while the Red Sox counter with Clay Buchholz (2-0, 0.00 ERA).

Miller, 24, went 10-9 with the St. Louis Cardinals last season with a 3.74 ERA and was dealt to the Braves by the Cardinals in November in exchange for a package that included outfielder Jason Heyward.

Buchholz, 30, went 8-11 in 2014 with the Red Sox along with a 5.34 ERA through 28 starts.

Regular starters for Atlanta this afternoon include outfielder Jonny Gomes (designated-hitter) shortstop Andrelton Simmons and third baseman Chris Johnson.

Boston will counter with what consists of most of its Opening Day lineup, including outfielders Mookie Betts and Hanley Ramirez, second baseman Dustin Pedroia, shortstop Xander Bogaerts and third baseman Pablo Sandoval.

The Red Sox made a lot of changes this offseason as they look to undo a forgetful 2014 campaign that saw the team finish in last place in the AL East in defense of its 2013 World Series title with a 71-91 record.

The Cardinals had a successful campaign a year ago, finishing 90-72 and winning the NL Central for the second straight season before falling to the eventual World Series champion San Francisco Giants in five games in the NLCS.

Spring training continues when the Braves and Red Sox clash in St. Patrick's Day afternoon action live from JetBlue Park in Florida.
