Adrian Peterson still does not have a definite idea of where he will play football next season. Some have indicated that the Vikings have interest in bringing Peterson back. Other sources have said that Peterson would like the team to release or trade him.

Jerry Jones Getting Smarter? Vows Dallas Won't Overpay For FAs

If Peterson were to leave Minnesota, one popular pick for his destination would be the Dallas Cowboys. Dallas allowed last year's leading rusher DeMarco Murray to test the open market in free agency, and they will obviously be looking for a replacement. Jerry Jones has previously talked about how much he likes Peterson, and AP himself has admitted to wanting to play for Dallas. Now, it appears that he has also been scouting the area.

According to Dallas realtor Candy Evans, Peterson was recently spotted out and about around Dallas, and he appeared to be shopping for houses.

DeMarco Murray Gives Dallas The Ex-Girlfriend Treatment After They Don't Call

Per Evans:

"The word is that the running back extraordinaire came in on a chartered jet to Love Field, was met by an agent, and then set off to house hunt. Like here in the Dallas area. We are wondering if y'all have heard anything about this, or know which homes he might have taken a gander at. (We've got a few selections.) Peterson is from Palestine, Texas and has a home in Houston."

At this time, Peterson is still a part of Minnesota's organization, but if reports are true that he wants out, then many think it is only a matter of time before the team lets him go and saves some money by not having his exorbitant salary on the books. Jerry Jones will surely be waiting.
