The WWE furthered the storyline between Triple H and Sting by having "The Vigilante" speak during a promo that aired this week on Monday Night RAW.

Sting and Triple H are set to clash at WrestleMania 31 on March 29 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif. and the former WCW and TNA icon cut a promo in a vignette on Monday night saying he was coming for "The Game" and that he waited 14 years for their encounter.
According to F4WOnline.com, though Sting's voiceover sounded like someone else, it was his real voice, but the WWE altered it. The promo was also reportedly inspired by The Black Scorpion gimmick from WCW in 1990.

The character was played by several different wrestlers and feuded with Sting at one point.
"I've been called 'The Vigilante,' but I'm more than that," Sting said in the promo. "I'm the face of retribution. I am the silencer of injustice. I am Sting. And I've been watching you. I know firsthand how power and ego like yours can corrupt and destroy lives. When WCW perished, it fell under the watch of a broken authority. I tried to save WCW, I failed. I know pain. The pain of loss. And after WrestleMania, Triple H, you will too."
Sting also said that Triple H will not be able to control him when they cross paths at the biggest show of the year.
"You talk about control, but you cannot control vengeance," Sting said. "You will be the one to collapse beneath your thirst for control and realize that I control your destiny. My loyalty never wavered. Despite your lies, your loyalty is to yourself. You need to be taken down and I've been waiting 14 years to do it. Triple H, at WrestleMania, Game Over."
Sting first appeared on WWE television at the Survivor Series and helped Dolph Ziggler defeat Seth Rollins in the Team Cena vs. Team Authority match. This marked Sting's initial appearances after years of separate negotiations and close-calls with jumping ship to the WWE.
Sting mostly stayed with TNA wrestling after WCW went under in 2001.
He then made an appearance on Monday Night RAW earlier this year to distract Rollins and enable Cena to roll him up and win a handicap match against "Mr. Money in the Bank," The Big Show and Kane.
The win for Cena earned Ziggler, Ryback and Erick Rowan their jobs back, drawing the ire of Triple H for the second time.
"The Game" called "The Vigilante" out to appear at Fastlane last month and the two had a physical and verbal altercation, setting up their WrestleMania 31 bout.
Now, Sting will wrestle his first WWE match -- and possibly the last bout of his career -- later this month at WrestleMania 31 against Triple H.
