When it comes to making news, Tim Tebow has mostly made headlines for rumors in his personal life more so than anything football-related in recent years.

However, according to a recent report from the Boston Globe, the former Heisman Trophy winner is trying to fix that. Tebow is supposedly training for an upcoming appearance at the NFL's veteran combine on March 22.

The report claims that Tebow has been training one-on-one with none other than Tom House, Tom Brady's personal quarterbacks coach. It also states that Tebow has improved both his accuracy and spiral delivery.

However, Tebow will need a lot more than just improved mechanics to land with an NFL squad. His career QBR average of 33.4 would have placed him 30th out of 31 quarterbacks in the league this past season. Only Jacksonville's Blake Bortles had a worse rating (21.9).

The two years before it would have been 29th and 30th, respectively. That's territory usually reserved for retreads and never-beens like Geno Smith, Chad Henne, and Brandon Weeden. Even in a thin 2015 quarterback market that features mediocre talents like Ryan Mallet, Brian Hoyer, and Ryan Fitzpatrick getting major looks from QB-starved franchises, the market for the polarizing and iconoclastic lefty is predicted to be nonexistant.
