All across the northeast, plenty of young, able-bodied men and women are probably interested in getting started with a crossfit routine. However, there’s one big impediment that stands in their way: this damn weather!

Study Shows That CrossFit Participants Have More Sex On Average

It’s hard enough to muster the motivation to get out of the house and drive or walk to your local fitness center, but it is downright impossible to do so with the non-stop torrents of snow that continues to pound the East Coast well into March.

But fear not, exercise buffs. Philly.com has recently posted a great crossfit-style regimen that the intrepid among us can incorporate right into their home lives.

Domestic crossfitters are advised to complete:

5 push-ups
10 air squats
15 sit-ups
Then complete three sets of 12 alternating lunges and three sets of one-minute low planks

Even with a handful of seconds of rest interspersed in between each segment, you can still get a good workout completed in as quickly as seven minutes or less!

“The best part of this routine is you don’t need any equipment and you can go at your own pace in your house,” CrossFit expert Joe Petrusky tells Philly.com. “You could take it to a max-effort level or it could mean slowing down and focusing on technique and learning fundamental movements."
