Shaquille O'Neal has always been a larger-than-life kind of guy. One of the reasons is because he is actually an enormous human being. He parlayed that size into a Hall of Fame NBA career.

Of course, Shaq is also known for a multitude of reasons that extend beyond the basketball court. Throughout his career (and since it ended), Shaq has been known for basically being a big kid that could have fun doing whatever he felt like. He has tried his hand at acting, dabbled in rap music, and always enjoys a good joke.

The joking side of Shaq is one that NBA and music fans alike will get to enjoy soon, according to TMZ, as O'Neal has been selected to be one of the jokesters on the upcoming Comedy Central Roast of Justin Bieber.

Shaq will join a star-studded lineup of celebrities that will do their best to hurl insults at the divisive pop icon. In addition to Shaq, the lineup will include Snoop Dogg, Ludacris, Jeff Ross, and that well-known queen of comedy, Martha Stewart.

The roast will go down on March 30th, and obviously it will be nationally broadcast on Comedy Central.

Fans will no doubt be anxious to see what Shaq has in store for Bieber. In the past, Shaq has turned his wit on fellow NBAers (hey, Kobe), and he trades barbs with Charles Barkley and others a few times a week on the set of Inside the NBA.
