Los Angeles Lakers coach Byron Scott wasn't happy with the way some of his players reacted following their 118-111 overtime victory against the Boston Celtics on Sunday.

Scott said he wasn't aware of his players' boisterous celebrations in postgame interviews until he saw highlights of it on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Injured Lakers star Kobe Bryant was on the show and Kimmel played the highlights of players such as guard Nick Young, and forwards Jordan Hill and Carlos Boozer reacting on camera.

Bryant sat with a sullen look on his face and Scott agreed with the five-time NBA champion and 16-time NBA All-Star.

"Kobe's reaction was pretty much my reaction when I was watching it," Scott said after practice Tuesday at the Lakers' facility, according to ESPN. "I was just shaking my head like, 'I can't believe this.' "

Scott said he showed his players the footage on Tuesday and had a talk with them.

"[I] just told them that I was disappointed in it," he said. "That's not us as Lakers. That's not how we act. It showed a lack of professionalism."

Bryant said he was disappointed, but there won't be punishment looming for his players.

"As a coach of this team I was very disappointed," he said. "That's not how I act, win or losses. I want our guys to know that."

The Lakers have had very little cause for celebration this year as Bryant is out for the season with a torn right rotator cuff and the team owns a 14-41 record, placing them 14th in the Western Conference.

Los Angeles seems poised to break their mark for futility, which was set last year when they finished with a franchise-worst 27-55 record.
