Keith Olbermann is one of the most polarizing television personalities at ESPN. He does not shy away from controversial topics, and he always has a strong opinion about any issue, which makes most people either love him or hate him.

Of course, being opinionated and outspoken also puts a person at risk for getting into trouble with their boss, and that is exactly what happened to Olbermann after a series of tweets about Penn State University. According to Deadspin, Olbermann tweeted his thoughts about the university, and then traded barbs with a number of PSU supporters.
In the wake of the tweets, ESPN has suspended Olbermann for the rest of the week, meaning he will not be hosting his show, and he may incur further punishments.

I'd like to thank the students and alums of Penn State for proving my point about the mediocrity of their education and ethics. — Keith Olbermann (@KeithOlbermann) February 24, 2015
Olbermann did apologize, but he is still in trouble.
I apologize for the PSU tweets. I was stupid and childish and way less mature than the students there who did such a great fundraising job.
