If there's one thing Ronda Rousey wants you to know about her UFC 184 appearance on February 28, it's that she will be entering the Octagon as a clean fighter.

Perhaps no issue in the sport gets Rousey more worked up than the use of performance enhancing drugs. Rousey has already blasted rival fighter "Cyborg" Justino for her doping history. And now she's lamenting the positive test of Anderson "Spider" Silva in the wake of UFC 183.

"I was heartbroken to hear that [Silva failed a drug test]," Rousey recently told Yahoo Sports. "I wanted to cry."

Rousey suggested harsher penalties against PEDs as a means to eradicate them from UFC's future. In her eyes, a first time offense should result in a year's ban and the forfeiture of the fighter's purse. A second failed test would mean being banned for life.

To the undefeated bantamweight champ, steroids are more than just about wins and losses.

"People need to realize that is a weapon and they're bringing a weapon into the cage and they're making our sport unsafe," said Rousey. "The day that a person dies in that Octagon and the person who killed them tests positive for performance-enhancing drugs, we're going to have our first homicide case. It's going to destroy the whole sport.
