The soon-to-be ex-husband of one of Tiger Woods’ mistress is seeking to gain full custody of the couple’s year-old daughter, according to TMZ.
Matt Hahn, 28, is also seeking child and spousal support from estranged wife Rachel Uchitel after formally filing for divorce on Monday, the web site reports.
In divorce papers, Hahn, a former Penn State football player, vilified Uchitel as “cruel and inhumane.” TMZ also reports that on May 16, Uchitel called New York police seeking assistance in having her husband thrown out of their home following a heated argument. No charges were filed in connection with that incident, but Hahn did tell police his wife slapped him.
Uchitel is one of more than a dozen or so women who claimed to have once had an affair with the world’s top golfer leading to his own 2010 divorce.
Uchitel and Hahn were married in a Vegas ceremony in 2011. Two years earlier, her dalliances with Woods were part of an infidelity scandal that ultimately ended his six-year marriage to the mother of his two young children, Elin Nordegren.
Woods recently quietly began dating Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn and just this week Forbes Magazine named him the world’s highest paid athlete with earnings of more than $78 million in 2012.
Uchitel, who has also been romantically linked to TV star David Boreanaz, appeared on the reality show Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew last season.
