Justin Bieber faces a lawsuit after a photographer, who already alleges the star singer ordered his bodyguards to attack him and steal his memory card, now claims at least one of the men also pulled a gun on him.
According to TMZ, Jeffrey Binion has identified Bieber bodyguard Hugo Hesny as the man who pulled the gun on him after he began snapping pictures of the teen star outside Miami's Hit Factory recording studio late last month.
During the ordeal Binion also alleges that Hesny threw him against a wall and grabbed him by the throat, allowing time for the other bodyguards to steal his memory card from his camera. TMZ also reports Binion is now claiming to have suffered bodily injury, pain and suffering and mental anguish. Part of his suit also seeks restitution for medical expenses.
Russell S. Adler, Binion's lawyer, also told TMZ, "Justin Bieber is now an adult, and he should act like one. He needs to learn that he cannot use bodyguards as weapons to harm innocent people. Bieber's violent behavior toward photographers must end, and he should take responsibility for his actions."
Addler continued, "No amount of fame or fortune justifies Bieber's shameful and outrageous conduct. To send him that message and deter his misbehavior in the future, we will seek punitive damages against him as allowed by Florida law."
