Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s progress in signing on to fight Manny Pacquiao in May is inching along slowly, but at the moment "Money" seems more intent on dropping loads of cash on a brand new car for his extensive collection.

Mayweather reportedly spent $370,000 on a brand-new McLaren that was hand-built in England, per TMZ. The 2015 650S Spider has a retractable roof and get hit 204 miles per hour. It's 0-60 speed? 2.9 seconds. Boxing fans may be impressed with his vast toy collection, but are probably more concerned with whether or not they'll finally see him fight Pacquiao. The two boxers met face-to-face after a "chance" encounter in Miami when both attended a Heat game.

They exchanged info, then had a private meeting later that night that Pacquiao's adviser Michael Koncz said was very productive. Top Rank CEO Bob Arum, Pacquiao's promoter, has long been pointed to by the "Money Team" as the biggest reason this super fight has never happened, but now Koncz is saying the train can't be derailed.

"Nobody can stop this. I can't stop it. Bob can't stop it. HBO can't stop it. Showtime can't. [Mayweather adviser] Al [Haymon] can't. The only ones who can stop it are Floyd and Manny, and right now, they're both saying they want the fight," Koncz said.

Pacquiao has been calling for the fight on social media, and wants it so bad he has acquiesced to Mayweather as the "A-Side" of the bout, despite both fighters' superstar status.

"We're treating him as the A side in this because we just want to get it done and we want to give the fans what they've been asking for, for years," Koncz said.
