With Royal Rumble weekend over with, the WWE is looking to lock in the card for WrestleMania 31 and while some matches are set in stone, The Undertaker's status remains up in the air.

Sheamus vs. Daniel Bryan Rumored For WrestleMania 31

Wrestlingheadlines.com reports that WWE officials still are uncertain if The Undertaker will be able to compete at WrestleMania 31 on March 29 at Levi's Stadium in California.

With the biggest event of 2015 drawing closer, the doubt behind The Undertaker's status is not a good sign that he'll wrestle at the "Show of Shows." There is a possibility that he will appear at the event in a non-wrestling capacity.

There has been a lot of doubt over The Undertaker's status ever since he lost The Streak and was injured at last year's WrestleMania XXX event in his match against Brock Lesnar.

If The Undertaker does return to the ring, he is expected to battle Bray Wyatt at WrestleMania 31.

The only matches that are locked in for WrestleMania thus far are Sting vs. Triple H, Rusev vs. John Cena and Roman Reigns vs. Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, though only the Reigns vs. Lesnar match has been made official.

Reigns won the 30-man Rumble Match this past Sunday to earn the No. 1 contender spot for Lesnar at WrestleMania.

The WWE has hinted at a Sting-Triple H encounter since "The Vigilante" cost "The Game's" Team Authority their match at Survivor Series and then helped Cena thwart off Seth Rollins, Kane and The Big Show a few weeks ago on Monday Night RAW.

Triple H asked for Sting to show up at Fast Lane on Feb. 22 at the FedEx Forum in Memphis, which will likely lead to the match between the two at WrestleMania 31.

As for Cena and Rusev, they are already booked to clash at Fast Lane, but rumor has it the WWE will put it on again at the "Show of Shows."

Another rumored bout for the WrestleMania event is Daniel Bryan against Sheamus, who is expected to return as a heel.

Regarding WrestleMania, the WWE is reportedly not focusing on numbers anymore for whatever reason as the logos for WrestleMania 31 and 32 don't have the numbers on them.

While some matches are set in stone for WrestleMania 31, the plans for The Undertaker are still up in the air.
