The WWE presents the 28th annual Royal Rumble live from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia tonight and here is the latest buzz surrounding the event:
--Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson was seen in Philadelphia and was staying at the same hotel as the WWE Superstars leading many people to believe he will be in attendance tonight and make an appearance in some capacity.
Word is that The Rock will be on the pay-per-view tonight, but it's unknown in what capacity he will be used. There was talk of a Rock vs. Rusev or Rock vs. Triple H match at WrestleMania 31, but his movie schedule conflicts with the event. Triple H vs. Sting and Rusev vs. John Cena is rumored for the "Show of Shows."
--There is a possibility that Steve "Sting" Borden could also make an appearance at the Rumble to further his feud with Triple H to build to 'Mania. There are also rumors that WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar may have a full blown babyface turn as well.
--Diamond Dallas Page, Sheamus, Randy Orton, Diamond Dallas Page, Bo Dallas and Team 3D have been rumored as surprise entrants for the 30-man Rumble Match. Regarding Sheamus, latest word is that he is not in Philadelphia.
An ECW Original is likely due to the show being in Philadelphia, but it's uncertain who that would be. One possibility is Rob Van Dam. Sami Zayn from NXT may also be in the bout.

--Heavy favorite to win, Roman Reigns, spoke to IGN.com about Daniel Bryan being a possible threat to him winning the Rumble Match.
"It doesn't change anything for me," Reigns said. "He's considerably smaller than I am and this match isn't about submissions or pinfalls, it's about throwing a guy over the top rope. So I clearly have a weight advantage. I'm far more explosive. I think, if anything, I have the upper hand in a Royal Rumble Match."
--Seth Rollins, who will take on Cena and Lesnar in a Triple Threat Match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, also discussed Bryan possibly winning the match with The Independent in the U.K.
"For this year, it's an interesting situation, as there are so many possibilities," Rollins said. "I wouldn't mind Daniel Bryan winning the Royal Rumble and going on to face me for the WWE Championship at Wrestlemania, because if you look at what Daniel Bryan did last year, what a tremendous story and if he does it again this year, I'd like to be the guy who stomps out his dream. I think that's a great story, so it would be very interesting for me to be in that situation in the Wrestlemania main event with Daniel Bryan, considering we've had matches in much smaller venues in front of much less people."
