Caroline Wozniacki really cannot catch a break.

In 2014 the tennis star became a household name for one of the most undesirable reasons imaginable -- by being the jilted ex-fiance of Rory McIlroy. The PGA golfer called off his nuptials with Wozniacki after the wedding invitations had been sent, and then proceeded to win two major tournaments while being linked to a bevy of new hotties.

Now, Wozniacki has apparently been dumped a second time, in this case by one of her key sponsors.

The 24-year-old has had an underwear line with the Danish fashion company JBS since 2012. Wozniacki's brand became so popular that the business soon expanded to menswear with soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo the following year.

However, Ronaldo's briefs have become so popular that now JBS really has no more use for Wozniacki anymore.

“Caroline Wozniacki is one of the reasons that we have got hold of Cristiano Ronaldo,” said JBS director Morten Alstrup, via Yahoo's EuroSport. “He had seen how Caroline dared to be pictured in only her underwear that we had made for her, and he liked it.

“We had hoped to grab a market, but the impact of CR7 has been far, far greater than we dared dream of. So it is best for the company to stop working with Caroline Wozniacki."

Ouch.
