Carlo Ancelotti remains adamant that no transfer will be made come January, but it's never too early to speculate for summer 2015. According to the Daily Star (via Goal Transfer Talk), Real Madrid is preparing a bid of £75 million for Chelsea's Eden Hazard.

Per the report, Carlo Ancelotti is enamored with the Belgian international and wants to land his services at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Hazard, predominantly featuring on the left, is enjoying a successful 2014 Premier League campaign. In 19 domestic appearances, the 23-year-old has seven goals and four assists, but it's his average of 4.7 take-ons that heaped praise from manager Jose Mourinho.

"Credit for him," Mourinho said (via the Mirror). "He didn't lose his spontaneity, he didn't lose his happiness, he didn't lose his creativity, none of his good qualities, but he won some other qualities. Even physically."

"Look at him," the Chelsea boss added. "He's a small guy, but he's very strong. He scores with his head now, jumps well. He's strong to hold off contact from opponents. We are doing that with him progressively. We didn't try to do it by flicking a switch."

"It's progressive and a great evolution."

The summer transfer window is taking a back seat with its January counterpart set to open. But with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez and Isco, one still has to puzzle out Hazard's place in a crowded Madrid front line.
