On Thursday, an FBI special agent by the name of Robert Blythe testified against Sharper and a sheriff's deputy named Brandon Licciardi, for supposedly distributing those date rape drugs at an NFL convention in Las Vegas.

Blythe told prosecutors that Licciardi referred to the spiked cocktails as "horny juice," and indicated that more NFL players than Sharper knew of their existence at the convention. However, Blythe didn't offer the identities NFL players for fear of being mistaken about names.

Blythe also stated that Licciardi had incriminating outgoing and incoming text messages on his phone, including one from Sharper that read, "She's on the potion. She's ready."

A second FBI agent, DeWayne Horner, testified that Licciardi was also a runner in a bookmaking operation, and placed bets for Sharper on football and baseball. Some wagers were as large as $25,000 and involved interaction with "Russians in California."
