There have been rumors that The Undertaker will battle Bray Wyatt at WrestleMania 31 and while the WWE is preparing for that bout to take place, it isn't a lock to happen.

Wrestlingheadlines.com reports that there is a working plan in place to have the "Deadman" battle the "Eater of Worlds" at WrestleMania 31 on March 29 at Levi's Stadium in the Bay Area, but it isn't 100 percent certain that 'Taker will be ready to go.

Though the match isn't confirmed, the WWE is moving along with the plan just in case 'Taker is ready, which is likely why Wyatt went over Dean Ambrose in their match Sundy at TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs (and stairs).

The WWE is grooming Wyatt to make him look like a threat to The Undertaker if the match in fact does happen.

The WWE recently added The Undertaker to WrestleMania 31 promotional material -- including a newly painted bus -- which sparked some rumors that he may return for another match at the biggest show of the year.

The Undertaker, of course, lost at WrestleMania for the first time ever at April's WrestleMania XXX when the WWE booked current WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar to defeat him and end The Streak.

'Taker was also hurt in that match, which is the reason why it isn't exactly clear if he will have a bout at this year's big event. A photo recently surfaced on social media and there is a rumor that it is The Undertaker looking to be in rough shape, but it is unkown if it's in fact him:

'Taker's wife Michelle McCool has downplayed his health issues over the last year after rumors continued to surface that he was really banged up following his match with Lesnar.

There has been speculation for a very long time that The Undertaker would face Sting one day at WrestleMania and the rumors surfaced last year as well. The WWE ended up not landing Sting to a contract and opted to have Lesnar face and defeat 'Taker instead.

Sting has now officially joined the company and will have a match at WrestleMania as part of his six-appearance deal, but it appears as though the company is not having a Sting vs. Undertaker match at the Show of Shows.

Sting has said he would love to face 'Taker even if The Streak isn't part of the storyline, but he also listed Triple H as a possible opponent -- which appears to be the way the WWE is headed.

Sting made his debut at the Survivor Series last month and got into a physical altercation with Triple H before costing The Authority their power by helping Dolph Ziggler pin Seth Rollins to win the traditional elimination match for Team Cena.

Now, it appears as though that was done in order to plant the seeds for a match between the former WCW and TNA icon and "The Game" at WrestleMania 31.

The Undertaker vs. Wyatt could very well be a special attraction at WrestleMania 31 in California.
