With TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs over with, the WWE next presents the Royal Rumble and while two matches are already known for the card, the rest of the lineup remains up in the air.

Complete WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs Results

The 30-man over-the-top-rope Royal Rumble match is one of the highlights of the year and will once again main event the first show of 2015 as WWE Superstars vie for a WWE World Heavyweight Championship match at WrestleMania 31.

The WWE has announced that Roman Reigns is the first official entrant to the Rumble Match while John Cena will battle Brock Lesnar in their "Final Battle" for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the Royal Rumble on Jan. 25 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.

Storyline Update On AJ Lee Amid Rumors She Wants To Leave The WWE

With the Rumble Match and WWE Championship bout taking up most of the pay-per-view time, the WWE likely only has room to add two-to-three more matches, possibly four if one is relegated to the pre-show.

One of the more exciting feuds as of late has been between Dean Ambrose and Bray Wyatt, and that could carry over into this event with a Last Man Standing match between the two.

With Dolph Ziggler and Luke Harper stealing the show at TLC in their Ladder Match, it would make sense to have them face-off again at the Royal Rumble since Harper is due a rematch after dropping the belt Sunday night in Cleveland. Both men could still be in the Rumble Match even if they go head-to-head earlier in the night.

With The Usos defeating The Miz and Damien Sandow by disqualification on Sunday night, it seems as though they're due for another crack at the belts next month. The WWE could conceivably throw in the A New Day stable to make it a three-way instead of the exact same match as TLC. This could also serve a pre-show bout.

Rounding out the card, if AJ Lee is sticking around in the Divas division, it would make sense that she is entitled to a rematch for the Divas Championship, though Brie Bella could also be thrown into the match to provide intrigue over whether she'll stay loyal to her sister or look to win her Divas Championship.

In the Rumble Match itself, the WWE can use the bout to continue current feuds and create some new ones.
