You would have thought Justin Bieber was the Boston Celtics in town to face the L.A. Lakers or the Boston Red Sox evading the Bronx, NY for a showdown with the Yankees. The hisses and boos were that strong for Bieber as he took center stage at the Billboard Music Awards Sunday night.
According to the Huffington Post, the singer was accepting the Milestone Award when the crowd started booing. Looking slightly confused, Bieber said only the "craft" and his music should be considered, saying "none of the other bull" mattered. It’s not as if Bieber has endured himself to all over the last few months.
According to TMZ, in that time, he’s allegedly threatened to kill a photographer, spat on a neighbor, abandoned his baby pet monkey in Germany and been pictured numerous times openly smoking what appears to be marijuana. The there’s all the make-up to break-up dealing with on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez.
Apparently the bad boy act has now caught up with Bieber, who in recent times was also booed when he made appearances at a Canadian Football Game, a New York Knicks basketball game and at one of his own concerts, after he arrived hours late. The Milestone Award was Bieber's second trophy of the night. He also took home "Top Male Artist."
