In case you have not heard yet, Brennan Clay has been putting DeMarco Murray and his estranged wife on blast for having an affair together.

Clay released one of the text exchanges he found between the two late last week, and the texts were pretty startling. Now, nobody seems to know what direction this story will head in next. So what should we be paying attention to? It is hard to say for sure, but here are five things worth knowing and keeping an eye on:

1. There is still not conclusive proof that Murray is involved: The circumstantial evidence is pretty convincing, and the fact that Murray has still refused to comment seems more likely to imply guilt than innocence, but for now, we still cannot say with certainty that Murray is involved.

2. Clay has not said whether he plans to release more texts: Clay claims that more than 50 texts were exchanged between Murray and his wife, including pictures. If Clay were to release some of those, it could prove conclusively that Murray was the other man.

3. Clay recently followed Heidi Mueller: Clay sent out a tweet last Thursday mentioning the great game Murray had against the Bears. More interestingly, Clay also followed Heidi Mueller on Twitter last week. Mueller is Murray's current girlfriend and the mother of his daughter. There is no indication that Clay and Mueller have had any contact. Yet.

4. Gina D'Agostini is hitting the town again: Apparently the fact that Clay filed for divorce last Monday is not going to keep his wife from enjoying herself. She was seen out partying later in the week.

5. Murray is a free agent after the season: Murray is on pace for a historic workload this season, and the free agent running back class will not be barren this offseason. Murray got 41 touches on Thursday night, which could indicate that Dallas has decided that they are not going to bring Murray back after this year and that they will work him as hard they can in order to make the playoffs and try for a championship.
